Kansas Board of Emergency Medical Services Requirements

Kansas licensees must renew every 2 years.  K.S.A. 109-5-1.

Requirements for Paramedics:

60 hours of CE every 2 years.  K.S.A. 109-5-1d. Distance CME recommends this program Refresher


Requirements for AEMTs:

50 hours of CE every 2 years.  K.S.A. 109-5-1c. Distance CME recommends this program Refresher


Requirements for EMTs:

40 hours of CE every 2 years.  K.S.A. 109-5-1b. Distance CME recommends this program Refresher


Requirements for EMRs:

20 hours of CE every 2 years. K.S.A. 109-5-1a. Distance CME recommends this program Refresher
