2025 NCCP Model-compliant 40-hour refresher. Includes 20 hours for the National Component and 20 hours for the State/Local and Individual Components.

State/Local + Individual Components
A separate self-paced program of 13 recorded courses.
How the Flex option works
For each eligible course in the 20-hour National Component, choose the format that works for you:
- Live online: Attend a scheduled live class. Or;
- Self-paced: Complete the eligible self-paced course when you can’t attend live.
- A combination: Use live and self-paced formats across your eligible courses.
No duplicate credit: The live and self-paced options satisfy the same course requirement. Completing both formats does not provide duplicate credit.
