Oklahoma State Department of Health Requirements

  • Oklahoma licensees expire every 2 years, and will coincide with the National Registry expiration date.  310:641-5-13(a).

  • NREMT certification shall be maintained by emergency medical personnel licensed after April 1, 2010. 310:641-5-13(a).

  • For recertification, an application shall submit one of the following:

    • To renew a license without National Registration the following must be completed:
