Oklahoma State Department of Health Requirements

  • Although we strive to keep everything updated, please check with your state EMS Representative for the most current re-certification information.

  • Oklahoma Non-NREMT licenses expire on June 30th every 2 years.

  • Oklahoma NREMT certified licenses expire March 31st every two years 310:641-5-13(a).

  • NREMT certification shall be maintained by emergency medical personnel licensed after April 1, 2010. 310:641-5-13(a).

  • For recertification, an application shall submit one of the following:
    • Documentation of current registration with the National EMT Registry
    • To renew a license without National Registration the following must be completed:
