Nebraska Department of Health and Human Services Requirements

Nebraska licensee’s licenses expire every 2 years. 11-008(1-5).

Requirements for Paramedics:

40 CE hours must be completed by 12/31 every even numbered year. 11-007(5)(b). Distance CME recomends this program Refresher


Requirements for Advanced EMTs (AEMT):

26 CE hours must be completed by 12/31 every even numbered year. 11-007(3)(b). Distance CME recomends this program Refresher


Requirements for EMTs-Intermediate:

30 CE hours must be completed by 12/31 every even numbered year. 11-007(4).(b) Distance CME recomends this program Refresher


Requirements for EMTs:

20 CE hours must be completed by 12/31 every odd numbered year. 11-007(2)(b). Distance CME recomends this program Refresher


Requirements for EMRs:

14 CE hours must be completed by 12/31 every even numbered year. 11-007.01(1)(b). Distance CME recomends this program Refresher
